Product Overview：

This series is widely used in 10KV and 6KV transmission and distribution systems, with Toroidal-Core in tridimensional triangular structure, no-load loss for 25% lower than S11 series on average, no-load current for 60 - 80% down and noise decreased by 30 - 40%, along with remarkable energy saving. Fully sealed with corrugated tank, the product features low loss and noise, good appearance, excellent performance, maintenance-free, long life and other advantages, known as new generation with high-tech, high-performance, energy-saving and environmental protection in similar products.

Product Features：

Core material refers to 23ZH100 or 23ZH90 quality high permeability grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet manufactured by Nippon Steel Corp, in the process where, through microcomputer-controlled silicon steel cutting machine and special winding equipment, silicon steel strip is continuously wound into a tridimensional polygonal closed core, with symmetrical three-phase 3D structure, completely symmetrical in three-phase core magnetic circuit, resulting in significant magnetic reluctance reduction with no seam and gap; after annealing process, permeability properties can be restored to original levels prior to processing, with excitation current and no-load loss greatly reduced. All mechanized core processing can improve product quality and stability.
