Prefabricated substation is a complete set of power distribution equipment which integrates high & low voltage switchgear, transformer and housing. Specially designed for the transformation of domestic modern city network and characterized by reliable power supply, rational construction, rapid installation, convenient operation, elegant appearance and other outstanding performance, it is a brand new product which complies with IEC1330 standard and GB17467-1998 High & Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation standard as well as an ideal product which replaces traditional civil engineering substation.
As an environment-friendly product, it is equipped with self-made toroidal core distribution transformer and amorphous alloy distribution transformer featured high performance, low loss, low noise and environmental protection, facilitating its use in the residential community having strict standard of noise control. The high-voltage chamber switchgear is applicable to any 10kV high-voltage switchgear cubicle for loop network. The low-voltage chamber, with the overall function of the switchgear assembly, may provide metering and measurement equipment and automatic reactive power compensation device. With such advantages as strong assembly, easy installation and maintenance, small size and small occupancy, prefabricated substation is widely applied to city network construction and will not destroy landscape.
